These Terms of Service govern your use of Tweeks, a product provided by NextByte, Inc. ("NextByte," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Tweeks browser extension, the public tweek library, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tweeks lets users create, install, modify, and share browser-based website customizations. Features may change over time, and we may add, remove, suspend, or limit functionality at any time.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
If you choose to share a tweek, profile, bundle, screenshot, or other content publicly, you authorize us to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit content and that your content does not violate the law or the rights of others.
Tweeks may generate or host code that runs in your browser. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to install or run a tweek.
We retain rights to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize scripts generated by the service, including to improve the service, share examples, or incorporate them into the Tweeks library. Generated scripts are provided on an "as is" basis, and you remain responsible for ensuring your use of them complies with website terms, applicable law, and third-party rights.
Subject to these terms, you may use, modify, and distribute generated scripts for your personal purposes.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and store personal information and generated-script data in connection with the service.
Tweeks interacts with third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or behavior of those third-party sites.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe your use creates risk for users, violates these terms, or exposes NextByte to legal or security issues. You may stop using the service at any time.
Tweeks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextByte, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
